( سياسة الشحن والتوصيل )

* الشحن متاح داخل جميع محافظات مصر.
* يتم توصيل الطلبات من خلال شركة الشحن الرسمية الخاصة بنا.
* مدة التوصيل عادة من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل، حسب موقعك.
* يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن اثناء إتمام الطلب.
* يُرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف لتجنب أي تأخير في التوصيل.

* مدة التجهيز: يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 24-48 ساعة.
* مدة التوصيل: تستغرق من [2 إلى 7] أيام عمل حسب المحافظة "قد تختلف المده في ايام العطلات الرسميه"
* التجربة عند الاستلام: مسموح بمعاينه الشحنه في اثناء وجود المندوب وفي حاله رفض الشحنه يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط
•  التجزئة عند الاستلام: غير مسموح بتجزئه الشحنه.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct to avoid any delivery 

Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours.
Delivery Time: Delivery takes approximately 2 to 7 business days depending on the governorate. Delivery times may vary during official holidays.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect the package while the courier is present. If the order is refused, only the shipping fees must be paid.
Partial acceptance of shipments is not allowed.
